Dalal Alyafei has enjoyed a lengthy and impactful career in which she has demonstrated exceptional commitment and leadership skills, managing teams and driving organisational growth while cultivating positive workplace cultures.

Before assuming her current role, for three years she led Tabreed’s Talent Acquisition team and was instrumental in strengthening the company’s Emiratisation strategy, for which it is highly regarded.

Prior to joining Tabreed, Dalal held senior positions within Human Capital Business Partners and Talent Acquisition divisions at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Etihad Rail. She has a BSc in Business Administration from Al Ain University with a Major in Human Resources Management.
