Lennard Sigrist is the General Manager of Tasleem, a subsidiary of Tabreed handling the company’s billing and collections services.

Lennard is responsible for launching and leading Tabreed’s retail utility functions, including customer service and meter-to-cash processes, helping transform Tabreed from a predominantly generation-focused company to a world-class customer-focused utility. Lennard has established a multi-country service offering, implemented site-wide smart metering for residential customers, and introduced digital customer channels and business intelligence
insights.

Before joining Tabreed in 2014, Lennard was Chief Information Officer at MBC, a Utilities Business Process Outsource service provider with over 850,000 customers based in Brisbane, Australia, between 2006 and 2013. Lennard has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is on the Certified Board of Directors at Dubai’s Hawkamah Institute.
